Account Access

AgentX uses the same LoanX login you rely on for other tools.

Sign In

• Open AgentX and choose Sign In or Create Account.
• Use your work email with a strong password or the SSO button if your team provides one.
• Keep any multi-factor app or code handy when prompted.

Manage Access

• If you cannot sign in, request access through your team lead or email support@loanx.ai.
• Avoid sharing credentials—each agent should use their own login.

Lost Device

• Change your password from another device and let your lead know.
• Email support@loanx.ai so we can sign the old device out remotely.
